What are we looking for? 

We are seeking a professional eager to learn and break into the world of technology, taking on the role of Ssr. Solution Architect. The new #minder will be the technical/functional reference point internally, providing support to the Customer Success and Sales teams, as well as externally, assisting our clients and prospects across LATAM.
What are your responsibilities?
  • Support the implementation process of Amplitude and Braze.
  • Provide technical/functional support to our team, prospects, and clients.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our tools' software architecture to ensure the successful implementation of Amplitude and Braze in our clients' web platforms and apps.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
  • Maintain continuous engagement with clients and prospects in both Spanish and English.
  • Bring your unique touch, authenticity, and spark to the team.

What are the job requirements of this role?
  • Experience in implementing and/or developing SaaS (required).
  • Knowledge of different programming paradigms.
  • Proficiency in design patterns.
  • Understanding of data structures (SQL DBs, NoSQL DBs, ETLs, Data Pipes, Event Streaming).
  • Theoretical knowledge of Machine Learning and AI (linear regression algorithm, neural networks, expert systems, etc.).
  • Software architectures (SOA-Microservices, client-server, etc.) (required).
  • Knowledge of a front-end language (ideally JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of a back-end language (ideally Python).
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
