What are we looking for?

We are seeking a professional eager to learn and break into the world of technology, taking on the role of Ssr. Solution Architect. The new #minder will be the technical/functional reference point internally, providing support to the Customer Success and Sales teams, as well as externally, assisting our clients and prospects across LATAM.

What are your responsibilities?

Support the implementation process of Amplitude and Braze.
Provide technical/functional support to our team, prospects, and clients.
Gain in-depth knowledge of our tools' software architecture to ensure the successful implementation of Amplitude and Braze in our clients' web platforms and apps.
Work closely with the Customer Success and Sales teams.
Maintain continuous engagement with clients and prospects in both Spanish and English.
Bring your unique touch, authenticity, and spark to the team.

What are the job requirements of this role?

Experience in implementing and/or developing SaaS (required).
Knowledge of different programming paradigms.
Proficiency in design patterns.
Understanding of data structures (SQL DBs, NoSQL DBs, ETLs, Data Pipes, Event Streaming).
Theoretical knowledge of Machine Learning and AI (linear regression algorithm, neural networks, expert systems, etc.).
Software architectures (SOA-Microservices, client-server, etc.) (required).
Knowledge of a front-end language (ideally JavaScript).
Knowledge of a back-end language (ideally Python).
Knowledge of SQL.
Advanced English proficiency (required).
