We are looking for a Growth Analyst Ssr, an expert in Braze, to join our #dreamteam of Growth Services here at Minders. As a Senior Growth Analyst, you will lead Growth strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and provide our clients with the best ways to utilize Braze.

Your scope involves promoting functional and technical strategies, fostering and maintaining a great relationship with our clients, and supporting our Sales team, whether to acquire or retain a client. You will become a Braze mentor, ensuring the ongoing value of Braze and our services.

¿Cuáles son las responsabilidades del nuevo #minder?
  • Serve as the project leader and primary point of contact for clients.
  • Be the primary contact for functional and technical inquiries related to Braze and provide support to clients.
  • Analyze goals, KPIs, pain points, and opportunities, and develop Success Plans to help clients leverage Braze and collaborate on owned media strategy to achieve their activation, monetization, and retention goals.
  • Collaborate on the planning, execution, and optimization of automated multichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns and one-time campaigns using the Braze platform.
  • Utilize Braze analytics and other data sources to monitor campaign and channel performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  • Guide clients in optimizing the functionalities and capabilities of Braze.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions, live sessions, and workshops to enhance client knowledge and utilization of Braze features.
  • Identify expansion and upselling opportunities by collaborating with Account Managers on proposals.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos del rol?
  • Advanced English is required. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth analysis, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the features of the Braze platform, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies, including email marketing, mobile app marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with other marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (such as Braze, Salesforce, Insider).
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, preferably Amplitude, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
