Minders is looking for a highly technical and entrepreneurial Tech Lead to lead the development of a new product from scratch. If you have experience building innovative solutions, leading technology teams, and want to be part of a challenging project, this opportunity is for YOU!

What are your responsibilities?

Develop and lead the construction of an analytics platform, as well as data and messaging solutions.
Build and manage a lean technology team, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.
Work closely with clients to gather feedback and iterate quickly on the product.
Define the budget, structure, and growth of the technology team as the project evolves.
Have the autonomy to make strategic decisions and lead the product’s development from inception to scale.

What are the job requirements of this role?

Solid technical experience, preferably having worked as a Tech Lead in digital products.
Deep knowledge of new technologies, software architecture, data analysis, and infrastructure.
Experience in creating and launching products from scratch, along with the ability to hire and lead teams.
Strong leadership and people development skills, balancing both technical and human aspects within the team.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, committed to the project's success, conveying confidence and long-term vision.
