Minders is growing, and we are searching a Lead Generation Analyst to be part of our team based in São Paulo with a regional scope. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with experience in demand generation (Marketing Qualified Leads) and Growth Marketing, focused on B2B digital marketing, with advanced English skills.
What are your responsibilities?
  • Collaborate in the creation of the Lead Generation strategy alongside the Marketing Manager and implement it.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify business needs and provide Marketing Qualified Leads.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and SEO to grow Product Minds' user base.
  • Build a database based on predefined criteria from the lead strategy and design workflows in HubSpot.
  • Automate, optimize, and integrate the Lead Generation strategy through HubSpot to maximize lead capture efficiency, integrating with tools such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing, Zapier, Apollo, Meet Alfred (or similar).
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust the strategy as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with B2B marketing trends and best practices, always looking for opportunities to enhance our techniques and processes.

What are the job requirements of this role?
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (implementing Marketing Lead Generation strategies).
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) (required).
  • Expertise in Growth & Automation Marketing (highly desired).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zapier, Apollo, and Meet Alfred (or similar).
  • Bilingual English proficiency (required).

  • Having a certification is a plus. The ideal would be: HubSpot Certification - Marketing Professional HUB.
